Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Huddl ("we", "our") is a product of Northbound House. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use huddl.cloud and go.huddl.cloud (the "Service").
Local mode
In local mode, all of your board data is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and we have no access to it.
Cloud mode
In cloud mode, we collect and store:
- Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided through Google Sign-In. We never see or store your Google password.
- Content you create — boards, cards, comments, Circles, and session history, stored on Google Firebase infrastructure so it can sync across your devices and be shared with your team.
- Presence information — whether you are currently viewing a board, shown to other members of your Circles in real time.
How we use your information
- To provide, sync, and secure the Service
- To show your teammates who is collaborating on a board
- To communicate with you about the Service
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your content with anyone outside the Circles you choose to share it with.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete boards, Circles, and your account at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data and content are removed from our systems. To request deletion assistance, contact us at the address below.
Third-party services
Huddl is built on Google Firebase (authentication, database, and storage). Google's handling of infrastructure data is governed by Firebase's privacy documentation.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the date above.
