Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Huddl at huddl.cloud and go.huddl.cloud (the "Service"), operated by Northbound House. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Cloud mode requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Local mode requires no account.

Your content

You own the content you create in Huddl — boards, cards, comments, and session history. By using cloud mode, you grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content to the people you share it with. We claim no other rights to your content.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, and don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

Subscriptions

Local mode is free. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase and can be canceled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Availability & changes

We work hard to keep Huddl available and improving, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northbound House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
